As one of Europe’s longest running coffee subscription services, The Coffeevine delivers delicious coffee boxes to hundreds of people all over the world every month.

As our warehouse & fulfillment manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operational side runs smoothly and we can continue to deliver a 5* Coffeevine experience to our customers.

You’ll mostly work alone but inside a fun shared warehouse space with other entrepreneurs. There’s never a dull moment and Coffeevine founder Alex Kitain will be on site regularly to support and supervise you, especially in the beginning and less so once you’re settled into the role.

What you can expect to do in this role at The Coffeevine:

  • This role is for 3 (maybe 4) days a month on fixed dates, usually every 18th, 19th & 20th of the month.
  • You’ll be in charge of receiving all monthly coffees from different roasters and then packing them into Coffeevine boxes before they get collected by various shipping companies.
  • This role does require some heavy lifting, thinking on your feet and strong organisational skills.
  • At the same time, you’ll get to work independently while making sure that the most fundamental tasks are completed within the assigned days.
  • In addition, you will take care of our warehouse space, keeping stock of required packaging and shipping materials, returned Coffeevine boxes and leftover coffee bags.
  • Your own input on how to make certain processes more efficient will be highly welcomed and you’ll work closely with Coffeevine founder Alex Kitain on improving efficiency.
  • You’ll contribute to the growth of the business by playing a key part in making sure it continues to deliver its beloved coffee boxes to its customers all over the world.

The Coffeevine is currently a one-man show run by its founder Alex Kitain and as the newest member of the team, you will be able to support Alex in his efforts to grow the business.

While the monthly shipping dates are set in stone, this role offers quite a bit of flexibility. Plus, you’ll get to work with some of the world’s best coffees.

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Amsterdam or surroundings based individual with the right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong track record of working reliably and independently
  • Excellent organisational, communication and relationship skills
  • An interest in specialty coffee and the curiosity to learn more
  • A strong physique
  • English and preferrably Dutch fluency
  • Longer-term availability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within strict timelines

This role would begin in September 2025 with training taking place in July / August.
