We don’t accept returns unless you accidentally received the wrong order.
Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.

This European roasters selection brings together some exciting and talented names from across the continent. We sourced these coffees with intention and selected each coffee during a private cupping event in Amsterdam in July.

If you have a particular preference for your order, for example if you order an M box with 2 bags of 250g of coffee, you can add a note at checkout letting us know which coffees you’d like to receive.
In all other cases, we assign the coffees to each order based on what we think you’ll enjoy.
If you prefer to be billed on a bi-monthly basis, that is totally possible. Just send us an email and we’ll manually change your billing cycle.
