We’re looking for a (coffee) geek!
Are you a serious coffee lover, smart and keen to get your hands dirty with one of Europe’s most respected specialty coffee startups? Then you may just be the kind of super bean we’re looking for!
What you will be responsible for:
- Helping to find and implement ways to optimise existing processes
- Conducting in-depth competitor analyses and evaluate consumer insights to find ways to improve the coffee box service
- Analysing business data, identifying problem areas as well as opportunities and offering solutions that can lead to real results
- Seeking out and possibly negotiating new partnerships that will help grow the business

You will be part of:
You will work side by side with The Coffeevine’s founders and its suppliers, giving you direct exposure to decision making, the creative process behind the company and its daily operations
Who we are looking for:
- A driven, enthusiastic and hands-on multidisciplinary candidate
- Preferably a student of Marketing, Business Administration or Communication
- Someone who’s not afraid to take on challenges
- Fluent in at least English. More languages preferred but not required
- Based in Amsterdam
