February 2026 Brew Guide – Brew like a champ!

February 2026 Brew Guide – Brew like a champ!

Get the most flavour out of the delicious coffees from our February 2026 edition with this handy brew guide from our roasters.

After a difficult birth, now it’s time to enjoy the fruits of our labour!

Last week, we were already making contingency plans for the eventuality that we wouldn’t be able to ship our February 2026 edition with all of the coffees selected. Customs caused us a lot of headaches but we wouldn’t be The Coffeevine if we didn’t find a solution.

Now that our February edition has shipped, we’re excited to share the recipes for these coffees with you. Time to polish that grinder and pop on the kettle. Let’s go!

☕ What’s in the February 2026 Coffeevine Box?

This month’s selection features some absolutely devine lots from:

  • Fuka
  • Bean Bank
  • Platypus
  • Alquimia
  • Two Hands Full
  • Calm
  • Cafēn

If you’re looking to brew with intent, these recipes will guide your hand and elevate your daily ritual.

🔧 Basic Brewing Setup – What You’ll Need

Before diving into the recipes, here’s what I recommend having on hand:

  • Precision scales (with or without timer)

  • Burr grinder (e.g. Comandante)

  • Your preferred brew method – V60, Origami, Kalita Wave, AeroPress, etc.

  • Freshly filtered or custom mineralized water (I use Lotus mineral drops – recipe coming soon!)

  • Clean decanter or vessel

  • Pouring kettle (or regular kettle + steady hand)

  • Agitator or spoon for stirring

🔄 Tip: Always grind your coffee fresh before brewing for maximum aroma.

❄️ Storage Tip: Vacuum-seal in portions, label, and freeze if needed.

If you’re pulling espresso at home, I use the Profitec Pro600 and ProT64 grinder for consistent results.
