Since we launched our bespoke coffee subscription service back in June ’14 we have been getting some amazing feedback from customers across the entire continent. Most of the time we see happy coffee lovers posting pics on Instagram or tweeting their experiences out to the world but to get some more specific answers regarding what they think of our most recent tasting box (November ’14) and how we’re doing in general we sent out a custom survey recently. We were thrilled to get so many really great responses. Take a look at a few of our questions and the corresponding answers:

What do you think of our packaging in general?

Multiple choice answers ranging from “I love it” to “I don’t like it at all”

95% answered: “I love it”

5% answered: “It’s good enough for me”

Costa Rica, Granitos de Ortiz by La Cabra, Aarhus: “The only one from this box tasted yet, so that’s why. But in general i love Costa Rican coffee”

Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve our coffee subscription service?

“I received my first package in November and for me it was just perfect. Like a gift one month before Christmas.”

“You guys are providing a great service! I wish I could order twice a month, I’m so pleased. Honestly, do consider. I’d even get the same beans again for the twice a month one (though I would expect the roast date would be fresher).”

“So far so good. Brilliant idea.”

How do you rate our website?

“Your website is my place nr.1 to search for cafes when I am visiting other towns, e.g. I checked out Coutume and Holybelly for my last trip to Paris last weekend. Keep exploring other cities and cafes and let us know what you think of them!”
