Every now and again we speak out in support of a beautiful initiative that we really love. Sometimes it’s beautifully designed coffee-making equipment and other times it’s a new café concept that really grabbed our attention.
This time, we’re coming out in support of an Amsterdam-based media startup called Citinerary.
Founded by Robin Cox and run in collaboration with five city captains who pick, write and publish interesting stories from Minneapolis, Rotterdam, Bucharest, Madrid and Amsterdam (more to be added soon), Citinerary distinguishes itself with the slogan ‘A city made by people’.
Its features highlight personal stories from a myriad of backgrounds and thereby help re-create that feeling that our cities are indeed built by hands and not machines.
Since this week, Citinerary is joining an eclectic mix of stunning journals and indiemags by publishing its first print edition. As a supporter and collaborator of this young Amsterdam-start up, we’re proud to lend them a helping hand in raising the €20.000 needed to realise their dream, and you can contribute as well.
Head over to their Kickstarter page to back this project.
Just read about the article you have shared. It’s an awesome share. I am really interested in the stories of Minneapolis, I just want to know whether the books are been delivered at home or not.
