The All coffee roasters subscription offers access to our complete European and Global roasters offerings every month. For the time being, this subscription is only avialable with a filter or a single roast profile depending on the roaster’s preference.

Stephen Houston, the legend of Belfast, is back with his own roastery Lucid. Stephen came 2nd in the 2023 UK Roasting Championships.

  • Kafferäven (Gothenburg, Sweden): Nicaragua, Bridazul – Catuai & Caturra varieties | Supernatural (Single roast profile for filter & espresso)

Per Nordby from Gothenburg is making his long-overdue return to the Vine in February with this banging Nicaraguan lot.

  • Ineffable (Sevilla, Spain): Ethiopia, Bookkisa – Serto 74112 variety | Natural (Single roast profiles for filter & espresso)

Our favourite roaster from southern Spain is back again with a lush natural-process Ethiopian coffee.

  • Metric (Chicago, USA): Costa Rica, Don Eli – Catuaí variety | Honey (Single roast profile for filter)

We’re thrilled to bring back the first Global roaster we featured back in May 2023 when we launched this selection. Metric is a super cool brand that has developed somewhat of a cult following in the underground scene.

  • Quietly Coffee (Stirling, Canada): Honduras, La Falda – Typica variety | Washed (Single roast profile for filter)

Lee Knutilla is quietly roasting some of the finest coffees in Canada and this will be his second Coffeevine feature after being chosen for a Canada special back in 2019.
