We don’t accept returns unless you accidentally received the wrong order.
Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.

The roasters that we picked out for this edition are really exciting and very different.
Paso Paso from Hanover is co-owned by a bunch of different coffee growers from different regions who have a direct stake in the business and are thus able to be a part of the entire supply chain from seed to cup.
Miche Coffee is an American owned and run boutique roastery from Cap Ferret in France that sources exceptional coffees from different origins and offers these in stunning packaging featuring different art works.
RushRush is a funky roastery from Antwerp that stands out with its colourful packaging and outstanding coffees that it also serves in its celebrated coffee shop in the Belgian city.
S box: Receive 1 bag with 250g of coffee from one of our three roasters
M box: Receive 2 bags with 250g of coffee from two of our three roasters
L box: Receive 3 bags with 250g of coffee from all three of our roasters
XL box: Receive 4 bags with 250g of coffee from our three roasters

If you have a particular preference for your order, for example if you order an M box with 2 bags of 250g of coffee, you can add a note at checkout letting us know which coffees you’d like to receive.
In all other cases, we assign the coffees to each order based on what we think you’ll enjoy.
If you prefer to be billed on a bi-monthly basis, that is totally possible. Just send us an email and we’ll manually change your billing cycle.
We handle a 3-month minimum duration period after which you can cancel any time. If you just want to try this out without any strings attached, we suggest you buy a one-off box first.
We also offer the option to pause a subscription temporarily if you need a break or have too much coffee. This can be done in your account with just a few clicks.
