Shipping costs are added at checkout. We charge a flat fee for Standard Tracked Delivery of €8 to most European countries and €14 to many countries in the rest of the world. Where available, you can also choose UPS for faster and guaranteed door delivery. Where the Standard Tracked Delivery option is not available, we only offer UPS.

We don’t accept returns unless you accidentally received the wrong order.
Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.
Our Global coffee roasters box is a carefully selected monthly Coffeevine edition that brings together two of the most exciting specialty coffee roasters from around the world. With this box, we want to venture beyond our usual playground in Europe and introduce a broader selection of coffee roasters, many of which are either hard or impossible to get hold of in Europe.

Offshoot is one of the leading roasters in Perth, Western Australia. Perth is famously one of the most isolated major cities in the world but it is also supposed to be a pretty decent place to live. Founded by Rummy Keshet in close collaboration with a leading local bakery chain, Offshoot is all about creating connections. It wants to be a vehicle through which discerning coffee lovers can travel the world by tasting the most delicious coffees that Offshoot can source. For its Coffeevine debut, it will roast a standout washed Ethiopian coffee from Rachia.
Shavi is based in Tbilisi, Georgia and it’s part of a growing local specialty coffee scene in the Caucasus. Founded by Oregonean immigrant Ryan McCarrel, Shavi tries to bring a slice of top notch American specialty coffee culture to a region that for centuries was influenced by Ottoman and later Soviet culture. Shavi runs three cafés and a roastery in the capital where it serves its delicious seasonal lots from around the world. For its Coffeevine debut, it will offer us a super exciting intenso yeast and washed processed Red Bourbon from Burundi.
