Will was inspired by the outstanding coffee culture in Scandinavia and wanted to bring a slice of this back to the US. He seeks out hyper-local relationship with trusted farmers whose hard labour he does justice by roasting their coffees to bring out the sweetest and most delicate notes.

Coffee Libre is a legendary coffee roastery from Seoul that was founded by Pil Hoon Seu in 2009. With a number of coffee shops in and around Korea, Coffee Libre is one of South Korea’s foremost specialty roasters, sourcing most of its coffees directly from over 15 origins. It has been donating to 430 Indian school girls and it runs a Gesha program offering free seeds to farmers in Honduras, Nicaragua and Colombia.
