SHIPPING METHODS:

We offer shipping via the regular postal network (Standard Tracked Delivery) and via UPS (Standard & Express Saver) to many destinations. The Standard Tracked Delivery can be slower as it uses multiple carriers and packages are delivered by the local postal service in each country. UPS is generally faster and packages are shipped only via its own network.

VAT AND IMPORT DUTY:

Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.
