We offer worldwide tracked delivery via our Standard and UPS shipping methods and FREE local pick up in Amsterdam.
Shipping costs are added at checkout. We charge a flat fee for Standard Tracked Delivery of €8 to most European countries and €14 to many countries in the rest of the world. Where available, you can also choose UPS for faster and guaranteed door delivery. Where the Standard Tracked Delivery option is not available, we only offer UPS.
We don’t accept returns unless you accidentally received the wrong order.
Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.
The Coffeevine’s Total Package includes the complete selection for the month from all of our different roasters. By ordering our Total Package, you get to taste the full spectrum of our incredible coffee sourcing.
This package only includes filter or omni roast profiles. Unless otherwise indicated, our lots always contain 250g of whole bean coffee.

Our first roaster from the Caucasus, Shavi represents a small but vibrant coffee scene in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.
Our 19th GEMS limited edition partner, Ojo de Café is a fine boutique roaster from Switzerland that we’ve had our eye on for some time.
The decaf partner for October is Shokunin, a leading roastery from Rotterdam.
This selection includes all of our coffees roasted for filter (or omni). We do not offer any further customization.
