The time has come to ask our estimated customers, subscribers, fans and followers for their insights and feedback.

We haven’t done one of these annual surveys in a while and thought it was high time to get one on the way again.

Our goal with this survey is to learn about how they currently see us. What do they love? What don’t they love?

What about our brand identity? Is our content good or bad? What can we improve in terms of our product offerings?

There’s so much we want to know and learn so we can work on the next evolution of our business. Understand where we should take things next.

It will take approximately 10 – 12 minutes to complete and there are no right or wrong answers. You can respond anonymously or leave your email address behind so we can enter you into the prize draw to win one of the following prizes:

If you’re already a Coffeevine subscriber, we will pause your payments for any of the above subscriptions for the duration of the subscription delivery period. If you’re a member of one of our Collectives, we will not charge you for your deliveries of those coffees for the duration of a 1 year period. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used / claimed within 1 year.
