Our GEMS releases are generally roasted for filter but sometimes come with an omni roast. At the moment, we’re not offering espresso roast profiles for this selection.
Filter roast: Ideal for any pourover brew method, the Aeropress and many others.

We don’t accept returns unless you accidentally received the wrong order.
Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.
The GEMS limited edition is a bi-monthly choice of coffees from a boutique roaster offering an exquisite compeitition level microlot to our customers. These coffees are often hard to find, impossible to get and utterly delicious.

We’re so excited to have Datura as our next GEMS partner as we’ve had our eye on them for quite some time. This young French company only started in the summer of 2024 but already built a loyal following all around the world.
