OUR APRIL 2025 EDITION WILL INCLUDE:
Run by the current French Barista Champion Kevin David, Moklair is one of France’s most exciting roasters and this coffee will blow your mind with its sweet and bright cup profile.
This upstart by coffee veteren Christian Gullbrandsson of Morgon and Da Matteo fame is going straight for the jugular with this exceptional Kenyan coffee. It’s bright and juicy.
A super interesting and delicious coffee from a new Coffeevine roaster, Kima Coffee, this Ethiopian is full of sweet and floral notes and is a wonderful example of more unusal processing done in this origin.
This young roaster from Cape Town was founded by two boys who grew up in the local coffee scene and wanted to take matters into their own hands. For its Coffeevine debut, Cedar will roast a really lovely classic washed Rwandan coffee.
Our first roaster from Ecuador is incidentally also the winner of the 2024 Sprudgie Award for ‘Most sustainable roaster’. Sourcing directly from its vicinity and telling the story of Ecuadorian coffee, Coffee Relief will be roasting a bold natural-processed coffee for this edition.
Our dear friends from the Spanish capital are back in April with a very interesting rare variety for our 22nd GEMS release. This coffee is very outspoken with a gummibear sweetness and a lingering fruitiness.
This is probably the most incredible decaf we’ve ever tasted. It’s so floral with notes of red rose. It reminds you a Middle Eastern desert. We’re lucky to have secured the last remaining stock for this release.
This selection includes all of our coffees roasted for filter (or omni). We do not offer any further customization.
