We offer worldwide tracked delivery via our slower Standard method and faster insured door-to-door shipping via Fedex. Additionally, we offer FREE local pick up in Amsterdam.

We don’t accept returns unless you accidentally received the wrong order.
Please note, if you live outside of the EU, you could be liable to pay import duty on your order. We do not include these costs in our prices. Customers outside of the EU and EU registered businesses do not pay VAT on their orders. For the latter, a valid EU VAT registration number must be provided at checkout.
Our mystery box for €5 will contain a bunch of coffees from our archives. This can include fresher and older roasts as well as a mix of filter, omni and espresso roasted coffees.
By doing this, we want to ensure that all of our coffees find a new home and thus reduce waste.
Opened bags from cuppings and sampling will be included in this sale.
