No. To safeguard the freshness and integrity of our coffees, we only ship out whole bean coffee. You’ll get the coffees exactly as the roasters intended sealed inside airtight bags. That way they stay fresh and delicious until you open them.
Absolutely. We have customers in over 60 countries and we offer global carbon-neutral tracked delivery to all destinations that we ship to. We work with competitive flat rate shipping costs to Europe and the rest of the world, which are added at checkout.
If your country is not available, please send us an email to see if we can ship our coffees to you via courier. Or start a collective. You can find more information about this in our blog.
Certainly. If you want to increase or decrease your number of bags, change the roast profile you’d like to receive, update your address or if you want to take a short break, you can make changes to your subscription in your account.
Our monthly coffee editions ship only once a month, on the 20th or the nearest working day if the 20th falls on a weekend or public holiday. We do this to reduce complexity for our roasters and to guarrantee you the best price and service. Our pre-order periods run from the 16th of the month until the 15th of the next month. If your order is received after the 16th of any month, your order will be included in the following month. If you ordered other items from our store, other shipping times might apply.
Your confirmation email will tell you when your order will ship.
