Every month, we carefully select the freshest and most delicious coffees from three great European roasters. You can expect unrivalled variety, surprising flavours and in-depth content with every box.
For the October 2024 edition of European roasters, we’re teaming up with three exciting roasters from around Europe. They include Sweven, Nano Kaffee and Andy Roasters.
OUR OCTOBER 2024 EDITION INCLUDES:
This is the first time that Sweven gets featured in one of our boxes.
Berlin’s iconic café and now roaster also makes its debut in this edition.
Andy is returning for its second Coffeevine feature this month.
During a recent visit to Brisol, I tried to checkout the city’s finest café and roasters. One place that was highly recommended by a lot of people in the know was Sweven. Founded by long-term coffee nerds and professsionals Jimmy and Aga Dimitrov, Sweven is an exciting new name to add to our family of roasters. It sources a handpicked number of fine coffees every season and roasts them on a Loring S7 to bring out all the best flavours. Sweven will make its debut with a lovely washed Ethiopian coffee from Chelbesa.
Whenever I visited Berlin in the last ten years, I always made a point of swinging by Nano Kaffee in Kreuzberg. This iconic home of specialty coffee, accessories and refreshing chatter has since closed (sniff) because earlier this year Nano Kaffee pivoted towards being a 100% wholesale roaster. So, while Berlin has lost one of its favourite coffee living rooms, it has gained another great roaster that is now also making its Coffeevine debut with a juicy natural-processed Rwandan coffee from Dukunde Kawa Musasa.
Our third roaster for the October 2024 edition is a returning favourite from Antwerp. Andy Roasters has only been around for a few years but its first Coffeevine feature in June of 2023 was such a success that we wanted to invite Andy back. Next to its retro cool coffee shop and record store in Belgium’s second city, it runs a fine roastery where founders Dave Haessen and Kjell Maes roast exceptionally delicious coffees such as the very yummy anaerobic processed Brazilian lot from Cabeceira do Cachoeirão.
