Our most popular boxes are our European roasters or All roasters subscriptions but we also have a ton of other exciting selections, including our Brewing Cocoa release for July in our shop.

Now, without further ado, let’s take a closer look.

🇪🇺 European Roasters

Huracán – Vilnius, Lithuania

The Baltic states are often quietly going about their business and only really hit the news as of late when Russia is threatening them or invading their airspace. However, when it comes to specialty coffee, all three Baltic nations have developed fine local scenes that are home to a variety of exciting roasters. For the upcoming July 2026 edition, we’re excited to team up with another local champion, this time from Vilnius.

Huracán Coffee Roasters has been around for nearly three decades and was at the forefront of bringing specialty coffee to Lithuania. Since 1999, it has won more than a dozen national Barista Championships and started building direct trade relationships with farmers long before it became the standard practice that most roasters aspire to today. In 2025, it was crowned Best Global Roaster at the World Coffee Awards. For its Coffeevine debut in July, it will roast a classic and delicious washed Bolivian lot from Los Rodriguez. Expect notes of orange and guava.

Pascal – Stockholm, Sweden

Café Pascal was one of the first, if not THE first, multi-roaster specialty coffee shops in the Swedish capital more than 10 years ago. It was then that The Coffeevine’s Alex Kitain first popped into one of Pascal’s shops and befriended co-founded Arman Seropian and his brother, Pascal carved out a niche in Sweden’s high end specialty coffee scene as the primary space for discovering the world’s best roasters and enjoying a delicious pastry. Pascal started roasting coffee in 2021 and most recently opened its very own roasting space in Stockholm.

During a visit to its elevated espresso and brew bar in downtown Stockholm in 2025, Alex, Arman and Håkan Sävlund discussed a partnership with The Coffeevine, which is finally coming to fruition this July. For its Coffeevine debut, Pascal will roast two separate coffees, a honey-processed Sidra from Ecuador for filter and a natural processed SL14 from Uganda for espresso. Expect notes of hibiscus and strawberries, and cherries and dark chocolate, respectively.

Schot – Rotterdam, Netherlands

When we launched our specialty coffee subscription in 2014, our three launch partners were Bonanza, Climpson & Sons and Schot Koffie. The latter was founded by John Schot only a few months before it ended up getting selected for the first-ever Coffeevine box and in the years since, it has carved out its niche as one of Rotterdam’s most ambitious and consistent roasters. A while back, Schot was invited to partner with us for our Decaf selection but we felt that a full feature was long overdue, thus, here goes!

For its latest Coffeevine feature, Schot will roast for us a delicious and clean washed Colombian lot from Jesús Cerón. Expect notes of lemon and nougat.

🌍 Global Roasters

Koko – Mermaid Beach, Australia

Downunder is widely regarded to have the most consistent and most elevated specialty coffee culture in the world. It’s also home to two recent World Barista Champions. What a claim to fame! Koko Coffee Roasters was founded by Alex Winter in 2016 and in the decade since, it has cultivated unique and close relationships with producers all over the world. For Koko, it’s not just the flavour in the cup that is important, it’s also telling the stories of the people at origin and giving them the rightful credit they deserve.

We love what Koko is doing and the coffees that they roast are impeccable. This will be Koko’s first Coffeevine feature for which we selected a super sweet and tropical lot from Indonesia that comes with a natural carbonic maceration process. Expect notes of banana and Medjool dates.

🔴 Filter roast only.

Craft – Hong Kong, Hong Kong

The second Global roaster for July will be Craft Coffee Roasters from Hong Kong, a returning Coffeevine favourite who made its debut in December of 2023. The man behind this pioneering business is the 2017 World Cup Tasters Champion Lok Chan, who set out to create a science-driven coffee roastery that would build mutually beneficial relationships with the best coffee producers in the world. Lok’s ethos is that by providing the producers with meaningful insights from roasting and serving their coffees, Lok can help them improve their production processes with the goal of achieving higher cup scores.

We’re thrilled to bring Craft Coffee Roasters back this July and for this feature, Lok will roast an exquisite natural processed Catuai from Panamanian producers Ratibor Hartmann and Tessie Palacios of Finca Hartmann fame. Expect notes of cranberry and cacao tea.

🌙 Decaf Feature

D Stands for Decaf – Vienna, Austria

This July, we will again team up with D Stands for Decaf, one of our three rotating decaf specialist roasters. Founded by Miriam Boubachta, this fine boutique roastery is all about sourcing and roasting the most exquisite decaffeinated coffees that offer a perfect alternative to regular caffeinated cups. It’s truly astonishing to see what kind of coffees Miriam regularly manages to find and consequently share with our customers.

For her latest feature, Miriam will roast an incredible lot from El Vergel’s Elias and Shady Bayter who processed this coffee with a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by a co-ferment with yeast and watermelon for five days. The result is a sparkling and tropical decaf lot that tastes like watching the sunset from a hammock. Expect notes of watermelon and lime.

🚀 Special Release

Ander – Bruges, Belgium

Now, this is a truly special event. For the first time ever, we’re going to work with brewing cocoa, a product of cacao production that shares many characteristics with coffee. Both come from similar regions of the world, were largely seen as commodities and its farmers badly paid. Cacao and coffee both come from the pits of the their fruits and are traditionally fermented and roasted. However, in the case of cacao, the end product is mostly chocolate.

Visionary entrepreneurs Fred Depoorter and Vics Vandamme realized the potential for cacao to be treated just like specialty coffee and set out to source the highest quality raw materials from renowned importers, developing light roast profiles for their beans and creating recipes for simple pour-overs that result in the most wonderful beverage with only 10% of the caffeine compared with regular coffee.

We will offer a lot from Peru alongside a lot from Uganda. These can be purchased either individually, as a set or in a Cocoa and Coffee package together with our two Global roasters.

🔴 Filter roast only.
